Vitamin A – A fat-soluble vitamin is required for the health of our eyes, skin and as an antioxidant.

B-Vitamins - Water soluble vitamins that are integral to maintaining homeostasis. From vitamin B1 (Thiamine), which is vital in the process of energy production and nerve health, to vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) for hormone balance and B12 and Folic acid for heart and reproductive health, they are all essential.

Vitamin C – A water soluble vitamin needed daily for immune health, to improve iron absorption and for its antioxidant benefits. It is also an essential component of collagen production.

Vitamin D3 - Requiring sunlight for activation, this vitamin plays a key role in bone health by regulating calcium metabolism as well as supporting immune and brain health.

Vitamin E – This potent free radical scavenger is important in the maintenance of heart health and is often used to maintain healthy skin as well.

Vitamin K2 – Required for healthy blood clotting, as well as healthy bones and supports heart health.
