What is a rewards program?
It’s simple - earn rewards points when you shop or complete activities onsite! And convert your reward points to vouchers that can be used on your orders at checkout.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you have enough points to qualify for a reward, log in on the rewards page and scroll down to the ‘Get rewards’ section. There you will be able to exchange your points for a voucher code. Further instructions as below. Please note only one voucher code can be used per order.
Step 1 – Go to the rewards page and log in
Step 2 – After logging in, you will be able to see how many points you have in your account at the top of the page. Keep scrolling down to the ‘Rewards’ section you will be able to see all the rewards that are available for you to redeem.
Step 3 – Click on ‘Get reward’ on the rewards you wish to redeem and click ‘Redeem’ on the pop-up window
Step 4 – A unique voucher code will be generated starting with ‘LL-’, which you can copy with the small copy button next to the voucher code.
Step 5 – Paste the code to the Coupon code area in your cart and enjoy the discount!

How do I join?
All you have to do is sign up and create an account with us - all done!
I already have an account; do I have to sign up again?
If you already have an ANC account - thank you! You will not need to do anything else; you will be automatically enrolled!
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 1 reward point per $1 you spend and receive them 7 days after your order date. But you can also get rewarded for referring friends, too. For the full lowdown, check out the ANC Rewards page.
How do I view my points?
You will see your points in your accounts dashboard on the rewards page once logged in.
Do my rewards points expire?
Any unused points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
How long does it take for my points to appear in my rewards account?
For any product purchases, it will take around 7 days. For other point-earning activities, it will take a few minutes for your points to show.
How do I use my discount code?
If you’ve redeemed a discount code, simply enter the code in the coupon code field during checkout and tap on the apply button.
You can always check all the discount codes you’ve redeemed at the bottom of your rewards page once logged in.
Can I use multiple discount codes at the same time?
You can only use one discount code in a single transaction.
I’ve redeemed the points but haven’t used the code, will it still be valid?
The code will always be valid if it hasn’t been used on any orders. You can check all your past rewards points on your rewards page under the ‘Your rewards’ section.
How does Refer a Friend work?
Send your friend your unique referral link and when they visit the site via the referral link, they get a voucher code for 20% off when they spend over $10 onsite, and you will get 1,000 points!
What happens when I return items or cancel an order?
If you return your purchase and/or receive a refund, the points you earned on that order will automatically be removed.
Can I combine spending from multiple accounts into a single account?
Your Reward Points are tied to your specific email address, so they cannot be transferred between accounts.
