Standard Shipping

When you order directly from Australian NaturalCare, we dispatch orders received within the next 1–2 business days. (This applies to orders received Monday to Friday and excludes weekends or public holidays).

Our standard shipping fee is $12.95*.

If you spend $99 or more when ordering from us your order is eligible for free shipping within Australia.

This is calculated on the order subtotal after any discounts apply and excluding shipping charges.

*$12.95 shipping fee (or any free delivery offer we make) does not apply to large orders for commercial use, or to any orders which require the use of more than one of our largest standard cartons. For these orders a fee of $15.95 per carton applies or you can call us on 1300 365 020 to discuss alternative delivery arrangements. Standard and free shipping are not available for international orders — please see the “International Shipping” section below for more information.

Standard Delivery Times

We use Australia Post for our delivery service. For the Sydney metropolitan area, delivery takes one to two business days. Below is a list of estimated standard shipping times using Australia Post to other areas of Australia. Please note these are estimates and from time to time parcels may take longer to arrive.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. This option is not currently available for online orders so please email us at myorder@ausnaturalcare.com.au to discuss your international shipping requirements.

Please note that all import duties, taxes and charges levied by the country of destination are the buyer’s responsibility. Australian NaturalCare is not responsible for any delays, holds or additional costs that may be imposed by customs in the country of destination. All international returns are subject to our international returns policy.
