Can I take this supplement if on any prescription medications?
We advise caution for anyone on prescription medications as milk thistle has been shown to speed up the metabolism of some prescription medications in the liver. Please speak to a health professional before consumption.
How can I better support liver health?

- Limit / reduce alcohol consumption
- Consume antioxidant-rich foods
- Drink at least 1 - 2 liters of water per day
Are there any side effects?
We recommend consuming milk thistle in a period of 8 - 12 weeks and having a 2 - 3 week break between these periods. Milk Thistle has been shown to cause headaches, digestive upset, and potential nausea. Recordings of this are very rare and only seen in high/toxic doses.
