Tropical Smoothie Recipe

Contains: Pineapple, Coconut Water, Chia Seeds and Banana, the perfect smoothie to start a summers day!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Coconut Water
- 1 Cup chopped fresh Pineapple
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Cup peeled, diced Mango
- 1/2 Cup peeled, seeded granny smith Apple
- 4 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Acai powder
Method:
- Soak Chia Seeds in Coconut Water for at least 20 minutes (or overnight if possible)
- Add all the ingredients to a high power blender and blend
- Enjoy!
