Easiyo - Packed full of Beneficial Nutrients
Yogurt, particularly unsweetened Greek is packed full of beneficial nutrients such as protein, calcium, magnesium, B vitamins, vitamin A, potassium and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. It is a great healthy snack for any age and a great addition to many sweet or savoury dishes.
Perhaps the most exciting health benefit about Easiyo yogurt is the profitable benefits of the probiotics it contains. It is full of friendly bacteria, which is great for gut health and the immune system. These friendly little guys aim to keep the not so friendly ones at bay keeping us in good health.

It’s incredibly easy with zero prep or clean up time. If you can shake it, then you can make it! All it takes is these 3 simple steps;
- Grab your yogurt jar and fill it half way with room temperature drinking water, filtered is best. It’s important the water is between 15-20◦C. This temperature is best for the friendly bacterial inoculation party to commence. Pour in the yogurt sachet, pop on the lid and give it a thorough shaking. Top the jar up with more drinking water 5mm from the top. Shake well.
- Place the insert spacer inside the yogurt maker, making sure it sits flush at the bottom. Pour boiling water into the yogurt maker so it covers the spacer.
- Place the jar into the yogurt maker, sitting it on top of spacer. The boiling water will rise slightly. Pop the yogurt maker lid on and leave it on the kitchen bench for 8-12 hrs. Walk away. Simple!
*Finished product is best consumed cold.
