Deliciously Simple Overnight Oats

You may have heard that oats contain the special type of soluble fibre known as beta glucan, which can help lower cholesterol and stabilize blood sugar levels. But did you know that oats have also been used in traditional medicine to calm and nourish the nervous system?
Create a decadent but healthy, super-charged nutritional breakfast by making easy over-night oats, the perfect simple solution that can be eaten when it's hot or cold outside!
Combine in a mason jar or small bowl:
¼ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk (regular, or plant-based)
¼ banana mashed slightly
Handful of frozen raspberries
1 Tablespoon Flaked Coconut
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
Leave overnight.
In the morning, adorn with a dollop of natural Greek yoghurt, a spoonful of Nut Butter (Try Almond or Cashew) and a drizzle of Honey.
