Acai & Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl

Acai is a nutritional powerhouse, jam-packed full of antioxidants for your well-being. Our Acai Bowl is a blended smoothie of Acai powder & frozen fruit that makes for the perfect healthy breakfast or brunch meal to load Granola and all of your favourite toppings!

Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut water

1 frozen banana

Half a cup of frozen mixed berries

1 tablespoon of Power Super Foods Acai Powder

2 handfuls Granola

Optional Ingredients

Cacao Nibs

Dried Goji Berries

Coconut Flakes

Fresh Fruit

Method:

  1. Add the frozen banana, coconut water, frozen mixed berries & acai powder to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl and cover one side with granola.
  3. Scatter your additional ingredients on top.

Tip: We suggest dicing your bananas and putting them in smoothie-ready zip-lock bags overnight to freeze. This will save you time and make the perfect refreshing breakfast for summer!
