Choosing the right curcumin formula

Regular curcumin on its own can be difficult to absorb, and in the past poor bioavailability meant you needed to take large doses to get therapeutic results. Doesn’t curcumin require black pepper for absorption?    It was once believed that black pepper was the only way to enhance curcumin absorption. While it does help, MERIVA^®'s phospholipid technology mimics the effect of consuming curcumin with a fatty meal, which optimises absorption by stimulating bile acid secretion.
