How to return products bought directly from us
If you purchased your products directly from us via phone, mail or our website and you’re unhappy for any reason, simply return the products, opened or unopened, within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Please note, the original shipping fee paid is not refundable.

Don’t forget to include your name, address and order details with the products you are returning so we can organise your refund. If you paid by credit card, we will issue the refund to the credit card used to pay for your order. Refunds usually take around 2-5 business days once we have received the returned goods depending on the original method of payment. How to return products bought from a Priceline store
If you purchased your products in a Priceline store, simply take the products and your tax receipt back to any Priceline store or Priceline Pharmacy that stocks our range. You can also check their website for more information on how to return products.
Shipping and handling fees for returning products bought from us are the responsibility of the buyer. If a package doesn't get back to us and you haven’t used a tracking method to return it, or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the returns guarantee. Claims without return of products, damaged or otherwise, will not be refunded.
Australian NaturalCare cannot guarantee the quality of any food products delivered internationally due to extended shipping times and weather. Food products are not returnable to Australian NaturalCare from international destinations.
Please note that we do not allow exchanges or refunds for change of mind if you have used AfterPay, due to the nature of the AfterPay payment plans.
