Super Omega Fish Oil Odourless 90 caps

Our Super Omega Fish Oil Odourless supports heart health, brain function and healthy mood balance. It also relieves inflammation and symptoms of mild arthritis. DHA also helps to support eye health and and cognitive function. This concentrated fish oil also helps in the maintenance of healthy blood fats. 

Each capsule contains 600mg of EPA and 200mg of DHA.

This formula has triple the amount of EPA and almost double the amount of DHA content compared to our standard fish oil* supplement. 

*Our standard fish oil contains 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) is an omega-3 fatty acid that is found along with docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in cold-water fish, including salmon, sardines, anchovies and herring. EPA has been shown to help in the maintenance of healthy blood fats and relieve inflammation.

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is an omega-3 fatty acid essential for brain development during pregnancy and early childhood. It is also linked to improved heart health, better vision, and reduced inflammatory response.

Dosage

Take 1-4 capsules daily with food. Take only ONE of the following recommendations. For general health, brain and cognitive function take 1 capsule daily. For maintenance of heart health, healthy blood fats and eye health 2 capsules daily. For releif of symptoms of mild arthritis/mild osteoarthritis or healthy mood balance take 4 capsules daily.
