Delicious collagen smoothie recipe!

If mixing powdered supplements in just plain water does not get you excited and you find yourself skipping doses more often than taking them, why not try creating a smoothie? Not only are they delicious but they are a great way to combine some of your powdered supplements.

Our  Precious Skin Smoothie recipe is thick and creamy and packed with vitamins and minerals to help nourish your skin from the inside out. The featured ingredient is our Precious Skin marine collagen powder, a delicious blend of marine collagen peptides, hair and skin-loving vitamins and concentrated superfoods to support the natural radiance of the hair, skin and nails.

This recipe leaves room for other powdered supplements you may currently be taking.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet Precious Skin marine collagen powder
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ cup berries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1.5 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • Optional: toppings like granola, shredded coconut, extra chia seeds and more fruit
  • Method:

    • Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth
    • Pour into your favourite glass and slurp through a straw. 
    • Alternatively, pour into a bowl topped with your desired toppings and enjoy by the spoonful!
