The star ingredient in Simply Clean’s range of Australian-made natural cleaning products is Lemon Myrtle Oil, sourced from the hills of the subtropical Northern Rivers region of New South Wales.

Its fresh, distinctively lemony fragrance is perfect for the home. As well as smelling absolutely beautiful, lemon myrtle oil is also naturally antibacterial and antifungal. A few of their products also use Blue Mallee eucalyptus oil, from Victoria, loved for its clean, fresh fragrance, and steam distilled Australian lime oil, also from Victoria. Steam distilled lime oil has a sweet but zesty, crisp fragrance and is low in sensitising compounds.

All Simply Clean products are toxin free and sensitiser free. No asthma irritants, no nasties or concerning chemicals like SLS, SLES, parabens, mineral oils, methylisothiazolinone or diethanolamides, which are commonly found in many mass-market brands. Wherever possible ingredients are natural, plant-derived and mineral based. No palm oil is used and no products are tested on animals.

Ingredients

Pure Australian lemon myrtle oil (backhousia citriodora), lauralkonium chloride (food safe; kills germs and mould), polyalkylene oxide (biodegradable low foaming surfactant), alcohol (plant derived ethanol), tetrasodium edta (water softener), green colour (food grade; non-toxic), water.

 

Dilution Instructions

• Everyday disinfection and cleaning: Dilute 25ml for every 1 litre of warm water (1:40). 
• Floors, bench tops, toilets, walls: Mop or wipe and leave. No rinse required. 
• Toys and cutting boards (non-porous): Wipe over, leave 10 minutes and rinse in water. 
• Food-safe spray & wipe: Put 20ml in a 500ml spray bottle and top up with clean water. Use as a food-safe spray & wipe around your home. 
• Heavy duty disinfection and cleaning: Apply undiluted on non-porous surfaces. Leave for a minimum of 5 minutes and wipe or rinse.
