What are the benefits Multi Vitamins

The combination of nutrients including vitamins, minerals and antioxidants can benefit our body in numerous ways. These include zinc and B vitamins supporting energy levels. Vitamin C and manganese supporting collagen health and formation. Vitamin C and zinc supporting wound healing. While zinc, vitamin B12, vitamin C, and vitamin D help stimulate a healthy immune system response. We all mostly do our best to eat well, but many of us may not manage to achieve this regularly enough. This formula may be particularly beneficial for people whose diets are lacking in a balance of all food groups.

Some reasons why you might consider a multivitamin formula

  1. You don't eat enough fruit or vegetables: Only 5% of Australian adults* eat the recommended serves of fruit and vegetables per day.
  2. You drink lots of tea, coffee, soft drinks or alcohol: Coffee and tea may inhibit your absorption of certain nutrients, while soft drinks may promote the excretion of others. Also, excess alcohol may reduce levels of some B vitamins.
  3. Dieting: people who restrict their intake of certain food groups or overall calories may become deficient in certain nutrients.
