Application of Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from Australian NaturalCare.

This policy operates in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). 


Change-of-Mind Returns

Australian NaturalCare does not provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind as a standard offering.

Despite the above, Australian NaturalCare may, at its sole discretion, consider change-of-mind return requests on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for consideration, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product was purchased directly from Australian NaturalCare  
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original saleable condition  
  • Proof of purchase from our site is provided  

Where a change-of-mind return is approved, which will be confirmed via email:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs  
  • Any original shipping charges are non-refundable  

Change-of-mind returns are not available for orders paid using third-party payment providers, including AfterPay and Pay Pal. 

Other Returns

Australian NaturalCare will accept returns and/or provide you with a refund where the product is:

  • faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • significantly different to those shown or described to you, or
  • incorrect goods received, or
  • unsafe.

Customers may be required to provide evidence (including photographs or batch details) to substantiate the claim and support procedures.

Where an item is confirmed to be eligible for a return of this kind, Australian NaturalCare will cover the associated reasonable shipping costs.

Return Authorisation Process 

The following return authorisation process applies to all return requests.

Customers must contact Australian NaturalCare prior to returning any goods.

Return requests must include:

  • Order number  
  • Description of the issue or reason for return  
  • Supporting evidence where applicable  

Australian NaturalCare will assess the request and, where applicable, issue return authorisation and instructions.

Goods returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Refund Payments

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.

Australian NaturalCare will not be held liable for any difference in the value of the refund against the initial purchase price in the final currency you used to purchase the products.

Australian NaturalCare will not be liable to refund any fees or charges you incurred from your credit/debit card provider for your initial purchase.

Refund processing timeframes may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
