Click 'Rewards' in the menu at the top of the page. The Rewards page opens.

If you are not logged in, you will see 'Welcome to Australian NaturalCare rewards'. Look under the 'Join program' button for the words 'Already have an account?'. Click 'LogIn' next to them, then log in the way you usually do.

If you are already logged in, go straight to Step 3.

You are now back on the Rewards page. You will see 'Welcome back' and your name. Underneath, it tells you how many points you have and the date they expire.

Click 'Redeem points'. The page moves down to 'Ways to redeem points', where there are six coupons to choose from.

Click anywhere in the coupon you want. A box appears. It tells you how many points you have and how many points this coupon needs. Click 'Continue' if you would like to proceed.

The box now says 'Happy shopping!' and shows your discount code. Click 'Copy code'. Then close the box by clicking the cross.

To check it worked, reload the page and scroll to the top. Your points should have gone down, and 'Points History' shows the points that were taken off.

Shop as usual and add what you want to your cart. When you are ready, click the shopping bag in the top right corner of the page.

Your cart opens on the right side of the page. Click the black 'Check out' button at the bottom.

On the checkout page, find the box that says 'Discount code'. Click in the box and paste your discount code. To paste, hold down the Ctrl key and press V, or right-click in the box and choose 'Paste'. You can also type the code in. Then click 'Apply'.

Your discount comes off the order. You will see 'Order discount' with your discount code next to it, a lower total, and 'TOTAL SAVINGS' underneath. Now finish your order as usual.

Your coupon is kept for you. Click 'Rewards' in the menu at the top of the page and scroll down to 'Your available rewards'. Click anywhere in the coupon you want. A box appears showing your discount code. Click 'Copy code', then go back to Part 2.
