Your body utilises B vitamins more when you are under stress, and even though they are found in many foods they are water soluble and easily destroyed by alcohol and cooking. Food processing can also reduce the amount of B vitamins present by destroying or removing them.

As the body is unable to store most B vitamins — with the exception of B12 and folate, which are stored in limited amounts in the liver — it is important to replenish them daily. Ideally it is preferable to get these vitamins from your diet. However, taking a combined formula such as Super B50 can help ensure you are getting all the B vitamins, which work synergistically together rather than individual B vitamins, which may disrupt the balance of how they work uniquely together in the body.

Take one tablet daily with a meal, or as advised by your healthcare professional.
